The Melstone Ringwood Development Family Trust exists for the creation of 33-35 Ringwood Street in Ringwood, which features 28 apartments designed by DKO Architecture. Titled Alight, the development offers a façade that combines a modern design with classical architectural through the building’s exterior. It focuses on the extensive existing vegetation and is designed with generous corner balconies. The seven-level mid-rise will be for residential use only.
