One of the companies larger projects is Empire Melbourne, located at 398 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, a 62-level high-rise that will include 474 apartments. Another current development is MY 80 Silver Skies, located at 410 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, which is a 55-level high-rise that houses 481 apartments for residential use.
