Mackycorp is a Sydney developer responsible for the construction of the most prominent A-grade office tower at Liverpool in Sydney’s southwest. The 25,000-square-metre A-grade office tower is located directly opposite the Liverpool train station and bus interchange and will provide A-grade office spaces.

Mackycorp is led by managing director Michael Hercus who is also responsible for a leasing program for the office tower, which will have elevated green spaces, end-of-trip facilities, and an activated double-height lobby. At the ground level, there will be a boutique retail precinct and flexible-working areas.

The 25-level tower will be located at 277 Bigge Street in Liverpool and designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects.
