JD Group
Since its beginnings back in 1996, the JD Group has developed many successful projects in Melbourne with a focus on sustainable development. They work with a series of architects, engineers, and builders managing the development process, including the acquisition of a site through to completion of construction.
Projects developed by JD Group include the Victoriana, a sizeable residential apartment designed by architecture firm Rothelowman, comprising of 250 one, two, three, four, five and six-bedroom apartments across 18 floors with large cascading balconies and terraces.
JD Group is also developing a four-level mid-rise called Middle Burke, located at 436 Burke Road in Camberwell and The Seasons Apartments at 180-200 Reynolds Road in Doncaster East.
