Apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, all of which feature spacious open plan layouts and filter in an abundance of natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Ambient natural stone, timber and metallic finishes combined with luxury appliances to reflect the sophistication of the spaces are refined by their execution within every residence. Collins Arch celebrates nature by giving each resident a private terrace sanctuary in the sky above the city and a wonderful blend between private and public space as the sky bridge hangs above the city park below. The city block will contain Melbourne’s first public park in almost 40 years bringing 1,900sqm of green refuge for the community. Collins Arch is a community centric project with ground floor retail and dining options in a new landmark laneway precinct set to bring the sleepy business district end of the CBD to life and 24/7 vibrancy.Multiplex is constructing the tower now at the bridge extension phase with the project slated for completion in late 2020 with the first residents and commercial tenants moving in early 2020.
