ICON Oceania was established as a property group over 15 years ago. The group specialise in hotels, residential developments and property investment, and have liaised with architects, builders and other industry professionals on a variety of projects. A recent collaboration is the Vibe Hotel Sydney located at 319-325 Sussex Street, a high-rise complex consisting of 15 floors and 145 hotel rooms. They also developed Calibre, addressed at 12-14 Cooper Street, Surry Hills, a single mid-rise residential building comprising eight-floors and 19 residencies.
