Oaklands Green: A Masterplanned Community Reshaping Adelaide's South Oaklands Green is redefining residential development in Adelaide’s southern corridor. Set within the established Oaklands Park precinct, this $165 million masterplanned community introduces over 350 new residences across townhomes, apartments and home sites, designed to support population growth, urban renewal and long-term liveability. Backed by the South Australian Housing Authority and developed by Renewal SA in partnership with HomeSeeker SA and Rivergum Homes, Oaklands Green is not merely a housing initiative—it’s a future-focused urban regeneration project aimed at fostering social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Contemporary Design Meets Urban Functionality Architecturally designed homes at Oaklands Green balance modern aesthetics with practical, low-maintenance living. Each home has been carefully planned to maximise space, light, and energy efficiency, in alignment with strict sustainability benchmarks. Whether opting for a compact apartment or a spacious townhome, buyers can expect quality materials, thoughtful layouts, and access to private outdoor spaces. Integrated Community Living A hallmark of Oaklands Green is its emphasis on creating a cohesive and inclusive community. The development integrates new housing with revitalised public infrastructure, streetscapes, and green open spaces, including landscaped parks and pedestrian-friendly pathways. The site supports an active lifestyle and encourages neighbourly interaction in a walkable, well-connected setting. Strategic Location and Connectivity Located only 11 kilometres from Adelaide CBD, Oaklands Green offers unrivalled connectivity via nearby Oaklands Railway Station and key arterial roads. Residents will enjoy proximity to Marion Shopping Centre, SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Flinders University and Medical Centre, and a range of schools and childcare facilities—ensuring both convenience and long-term amenity value. An Inclusive and Accessible Opportunity Through the HomeSeeker SA initiative, Oaklands Green prioritises affordability and accessibility for first-home buyers, downsizers, and essential workers. Select lots and residences are available exclusively to eligible buyers, ensuring a balanced demographic and diverse ownership mix. This approach not only supports individual homeownership goals but also contributes to the stability and resilience of the broader community. As construction progresses, Oaklands Green represents a transformative step in how Adelaide addresses sustainable growth. With early stages now selling and interest growing, this development stands as a benchmark for integrated suburban living in South Australia.
