Holis is a family-owned property developer that attempts to bring a design lead approach to boutique development. The group also handles the management of large commercial and residential apartment buildings and services. Their latest development can be found at 29-41 Grand Parade in Sutherland and has been designed by Benson McCormack Architects. The project features three mid-rise buildings, each with six levels that will provide 94 residences upon completion. The building, purely for residential use, will also have the capacity for 130 car spaces.
