HG Developments

HG are developers of residential properties, specialising in architectural designs and high-level constructions. The directors of HG Developments are Alistair Harvey, and Simon Gundelach, who have developed residential, retail and commercial projects since 2001. Recent projects by HG Developments include the eight-level, 119 residency apartment complex Austin + Maud, located at 24-32 Austin Street, Newstead. Another project is the 18-floor Omega Apartments; a high-rise residential building which is located at 24-32 Austin Street, Newstead.
