One of their most prominent new developments is called The Ribbon, located at 31 Wheat Road in Darling Harbour. Designed by Hassell Studio, this $700m redevelopment in the heart of Darling Harbour includes ground-level activation, improved sightlines over the Harbour, and pedestrian links across Cockle Bay and through to Darling Quarter.
The Ribbon is a residential and commercial hotel that will be operated by Marriott International as Sydney’s first W Hotel. It is being built by Grocon.
