Grange Development Group is a Melbourne developer who made headlines by purchasing a North Melbourne 4900 square metre office and warehouse at 139-149 Boundary Road for just over $14 million. Led by local director James Dibble but backed by Chinese funders, Grange acquired the property from a private family as a landbank. The property on a 4504sq m site is leased to shoe business Homyped and could be in line for rezoning under the Arden-Macaulay urban renewal plan. Another project from the group is The Albert located at 50 Albert Street in Brunswick East.
