Equire, founded in 2017, is the property development wing of OpenCorp. Citro, for example, is a seven-floor mid-rise comprised of 106 residencies, located at 83 Victoria Street in West End. Another project by Equire is Eastside Village at 763 Toorak Road in Hawthorn East, a single, seven-floor mid-rise containing 73 dwellings. The also developed Quayhouse, a six-floor residential mid-rise comprised of 35 apartments which are addressed at 8-10 Brunswick St in North Coogee.
