Once a development site has been procured by DVB Projects, a Construction firm will be engaged.

The team at DVB Projects then collaborates with the construction firm and continues to be extensively involved and in complete control of overseeing and approving each stage of the development for the duration of the construction period, commencing with the engagement of architects and contractors right through to the interior design selections of each project.
