290-292 High Street delivers an intimate, design-led residential presence crafted by Chamberlain Architects in collaboration with Deluca Property Group. The mid-rise built form is characterised by crisp architectural lines, contrasting exterior textures, and integrated landscaping by John Patrick that softens the contemporary street wall. Internally, each boutique residence emphasises spatial clarity and environmental comfort, pairing expansive private terraces with light-flooded living zones and robust acoustic attenuation.
