79-81 Queens Road introduces a striking dual-form presence envisioned by developer Develotek and architectural practice Plus Studio. Transitioning from a contextual five-storey street wall to an articulated tower form, the splayed silhouette reinterprets regional industrial heritage while passively shading living spaces to reduce solar heat gain. Internally, each residence balances generous open-plan proportions with refined acoustic privacy, anchored by an activated ground-level thoroughfare that enhances permeability and urban integration.
