Develotek is an Australian property investment and development group who specialise in the design and construction of various apartments throughout Sydney.
 
They focus on consolidating property and are currently in development of Cowper Street in Granville, which features 264 apartments and retail in a joint venture with Decode worth $175 million.

Another project is the Embrace, 52 Apartments at 1496 Pacific Highway in Warrawee worth $40 million.
