37-39 Manning Street showcases an innovative dual-tower architecture conceived by Finegrain Group for Darveniza Group, defined by mirrored 30-storey forms and lush vertical planting spines. Each tower functions entirely independently to ensure heightened acoustic and structural privacy, utilising articulated façade setbacks that maximise natural light and cross-ventilation throughout the spacious layouts. Crowning each structure is an exclusive resident wellness sanctuary, complete with a private rooftop swimming pool, landscaped alfresco dining areas, and panoramic skyline views.
