CHH Property builds residences in Melbourne’s inner-city suburbs with boutique collections of apartments and townhouses. Operating since 2009, CHH Property is partnered with Bruce Henderson Architects. CHH is currently developing Karina Kew, located at 136 Princes Street in Kew, a four-level low-rise with 31 apartments. They are also running a project called Spring Release by Overture, situated at 2 Barenya Court, also in Kew. Comprising 25 residences across three floors, the residences of Overture offer floor-to-ceiling windows and 3-bedroom homes.
