Centreland Group began in the world of property investment in 1998, in Melbourne with a logistics office and warehouse space in Derrimut. They focus on larger industrial projects across Melbourne and Brisbane, including commercial properties like Centreland Park at Truganina.
In 2003, Centreland began building boutique luxury developments in Melbourne’s inner suburbs lead by Managing Director Peter Wu. Their latest developments include 72 residences at 8-14 Michael Street in Brunswick and 113 apartments at 72-94 Cambridge Street in Collingwood.
