They also provide town planning and consultation services, large-scale suburban subdivisions, and international project development and investment consultation.

CBD Development Group's latest projects include a 22-level high-rise called Banque 88, located at 33 Clarke Street in Southbank, and the recently completed Panorama, a thirteen level high-rise building located at 101 Tram Road in Doncaster.
