Capio Property Group focuses on suburbs such as Epping, Parramatta, Mascot, Macquarie Park, and Waterloo, and various other opportunities within 40 kilometres of the Sydney CBD that are close to existing infrastructure and amenities.

Capio Property Group is also in the development of the Paramount Eastwood, located at 47-51 Irene Crescent in Eastwood NSW, a selection of townhouses designed by Aleksandar Design Group.
