Bainey, who runs&nbsp;<a href="/developers/capio-property-group">Capio Property Group</a>, had been looking around Carlingford for the best part of a decade but hadn't found the right site. That was until a 5,000 sqm block fronting both Moseley and Donald Streets on Harold West Reserve came up for sale.
