Blueprint Projects is a property and development group that focuses on mixed-use, commercial, retail, and residential projects in Melbourne. The firm is run by three partners, Magnus Floden, Antony Quinert, and Paul Tuddenham, and has development and construction experience totalling $300 million via a range of projects. One of their recent projects is a collection of 88 one and two-bedroom apartments in Camberwell Junction designed by Hecker Guthrie and Elenberg Fraser at 11 Porter Street, Hawthorn East. Another new development is the five-level Gardenside located at 228 Bay Road in Sandringham.
