With past, completed projects such as The International, United RichmondBotanica Balwyn and A Apartments.The Ivanhoe Gardens project features two buildings, the Bloomsbury and Everleigh, which sit either side of a landscaped central garden with built-in seating and cafe. The development features 236 residences and retail space over eleven levels. The $25 million dollar property was formerly zoned as the suburb of Heidelbergand recently reclassified as Ivanhoe.The Footscray River project is currently under construction and consists of four buildings, 4 km from the Melbourne CBD. Also designed by CHT architects, it offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments on the riverfront totalling 723 Residences and retail spaces over 28 Levels.
