Better Living Group was started in 1973 as a family business manufacturing bricks in northern Victoria, this expanded to include units and houses, and entire property developments with projects stretching across metropolitan Melbourne. One of their current projects is The Pasco, 144 apartments in a 3-level boutique development worth $56 million located at 23 Cumberland Road in Pascoe Vale South. Another development currently on sale is The Monarch Residences in Brunswick, a range of residences spanning five architecturally designed levels.
