20 Dods Street delivers a refined mid-rise presence to Brunswick, articulated through an architectural composition of powder-coated aluminium-framed glazing, tactile concrete surfaces, and bespoke external fins. Conceived by Bespoke Development Group, the boutique seven-storey building encompasses just eleven expansive residences designed with an owner-occupier focus on acoustic seclusion, spatial generosity, and abundant natural illumination. Integrated steel balustrades and tailored screening elements balance exterior visual texture with private, light-filled internal sanctuaries.
