AZX Group focuses its property development projects within the CBD, Docklands, and inner fringe suburbs of Melbourne. Their head office is in Melbourne, and the business will soon expand to Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. AZX Group has developed The Mews at 51 New Street Brighton, which features 21 apartments located in the heart of Melbourne’s Bayside suburb, and Riverina in Maribyrnong situated at 18 - 24 Hopkins Street. This project features five apartment buildings plus retail spaces in this developing section of Footscray. The five Riverina towers range in height from 20 to 32 floors, with 968 residences that make up the one, two, and three-bedroom type apartments. A typical Riverina apartment consists of a balcony, open plan living, European kitchen appliances, as well as an in-wall wardrobe, and up to 60 square metres of living space with differing floor plan types. The development also includes over 1000 car and bicycle spaces, 1,500 square metre supermarket, and 1,776 square metres of showrooms.
