Amber property has worked for over 50 years across a wide range of industries, notably the property and hotel industries. They have a variety of projects in planning, under construction, or completed across Melbourne, with a focus on Toorak and South Melbourne. Their most recent development is called The Record at 240 Dorcas Street in South Melbourne, which features a variety of bedroom configurations and a total of 32 residences. The Record is a joint collaboration between Ai Project Development and architect Rothelowman located near the South Melbourne Markets. Spread across eight levels, this mid-rise features one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
