Altus Development

Altus Development is a real estate group that focuses on commercial properties, fostering them from concept and design to financing and construction. Some of their more recent projects include a six-level mid-rise called The Atrium located at 193 Springvale Road in Nunawading as well as the Amber Apartments in Maidstone, a collaboration with Point Architects. This development will feature 128 residences spread across five floors in low-rise that uses rustic orange bricks and black and white lines on the exterior. It will also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and Tasmanian Oak floors.
