Adio Properties, established in 1993, is a family-owned real estate company. They specialise in property development, management and sales, as well as the management of investment portfolios. Recent developments by Adio include a five level low-rise named The Hutton, addressed at 481 St Georges Road, Thornbury. Another recent project by Adio Properties are the Aquila Apartments, a five-level low-rise located at 500 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy North. They are also responsible for the development of the Il Matteo Apartments, a single 14-level high-rise situated at 63 Plenty Road, Preston, which houses 89 residencies.
