The building’s signature cascading facade gives the ability to deliver generous balconies with uninterrupted sky views and light-filled living spaces and varied floor plans to appeal to a diverse range of buyers.

Inset sections and recessed windows achieve a deconstructed silhouette and dynamic profile with impressive street appeal. Glazed ground-level frontage provides stylish access, leading to the visitor foyer.

Designed with the latest environmental standards, The Parade incorporates sustainable materials and the harvesting of rainwater and sunlight, making this a benchmark for modern living and an example for further Box Hill development.

Interiors are expertly crafted and refined to your modern lifestyle. The palette is sophisticated with quality fixtures with soft accents. The overall interior approach is contemporary yet timeless, and finished with an absolute attention to detail.

Quality and durable surfaces such as high-end European stainless steel and reconstituted stone bench-tops are featured throughout the kitchen, with a high-quality range hood, selected for power and efficiency, concealed to streamline your home.

Living in Box Hill is effortless, with tree-lined streets, parks, reserves, schools, employment, major shopping and transport options all within walking distance from your home.

Urban's three favourite things about The Parade:

The Parade showcases architectural craftsmanship by acclaimed practice Hayball, distinguished by a sculptural cascading façade that introduces inset glazing and dynamic terracing to the streetscape.
