Wills Place rises behind a classic 1930’s heritage facade, retaining this exterior in a nod to the neighbourhood’s rich history. Created by developer Shangyi Property and CHT Architects, this unique example of contemporary architecture pays tribute to Flagstaff’s past and present.

Comprising 200 apartments spread across 35 floors, Wills Place employs a playful facade that makes an immediate statement with its eye-catching textures and colours. Featuring a series of projecting modules in yellow and red palettes attached to frontage windows, the structure rises in a subtle undulating fashion.

This high-rise boasts a broad range of amenities to suit even the most discerning residents. Work up a sweat in the on-site gym, take a dip in the pool, or relax with a book in the library. Residents can also take advantage of the private dining spaces and put their culinary skills to good use in the shared kitchen.
