Each residence prioritises natural light and coastal cross-ventilation, pairing open-plan layouts with tactile stone benchtops and warm timber textures. Capping the building, a resident-only rooftop recreation deck features an infinity-edge swimming pool, sheltered entertaining lounges, and alfresco barbecue dining spaces set against uninterrupted ocean panoramas.
