Pearl's architecture blends modern design with Brighton's heritage charm. The grand facade, softened by cascading greenery, stands out while fitting seamlessly into its surroundings. Set back from the street, the linear structure adds depth and movement. Using classic concrete and masonry, it reflects Brighton’s natural beauty. Expansive windows bring in plenty of natural light, enhancing the finely detailed interiors designed to complement the architecture. A contemporary approach has been applied to traditional materials like concrete and travertine, echoing the natural allure of Brighton’s locale. The design maximises natural light through expansive glazing, which illuminates interiors that are both meticulously detailed and in sync with the building’s overarching architectural ethos.

Distinguished by generous proportions, the living space spills onto an expansive courtyard, cultivating an innate connection to nature and fostering an atmosphere of serenity. Engineered timber flooring complements the organic textures of the travertine natural stone finishes whilst elegantly juxtaposing with the brass and bronze fixtures, evoking an ambience of comfortable luxury. Bespoke pendants curated by lighting designer Ross Gardam perfectly encapsulate this sophistication, casting a gentle glow on the textured cabinetry panels.
