Short Lane exemplifies biophilic urban architecture, masterfully realised by acclaimed practice Woods Bagot in collaboration with 360 Degrees Landscape Architecture. The building’s expressive board-formed concrete silhouette is sculpted with staggered, cantilevered terraces draped in lush native greenery, delivering passive solar shading, cross-ventilation, and refined acoustic privacy. Internally, sophisticated layouts marry raw off-form concrete ceilings with the warmth of oak flooring, framed by full-height glazing that extends living zones seamlessly onto private elevated sanctuaries.
