At Kapitol Group, we are known by our clients as change-makers—raising the bar on quality, safety, sustainability, and have taken the use of technology to new heights not seen before in construction.Based in Melbourne, we’re the second largest privately owned construction company in Victoria with plans to build nationwide. We have built a thriving and profitable company that we are proud of—with a workforce of over 270 full time employees and more than 80 projects valued at over $2bn so far in completed and secured projects.We engage BIM and other digital tools including construction tracking dashboards on every project so we can de-risk our projects before works commence on-site.We care deeply about developing and maintaining ongoing, lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their requirements and providing design, buildability, and cost advice to ensure the best outcome for all project stakeholders.Most importantly, it’s what we are doing for our people that continues to set us apart from our ’10 in 14’ program, to our industry-leading learning and development program.
