<p>Brisbane developer <a href="/developers/dusk-group">Dusk Group</a>&nbsp;made a point to start construction on its latest townhouse development, Aurora on Depper in St Lucia, before taking it to market.</p>

<p>They commissioned&nbsp;<a href="/builders/akam-constructions">AKAM Constructions</a>&nbsp;to handle the build of the eight townhouses at 68-72 Depper Street that fills the need for a dwelling type in <a href="/developments/st-lucia-qld-4067">St Lucia</a> between apartments and standalone houses.</p>
