The creative minds behind this architectural masterpiece are none other than Walter&amp;Walter, led by&nbsp;Andrew and Michelle Walter,&nbsp;who approached the project with an understanding of the relationships between tradition, culture, sustainability, and context.

82 Westgarth Street boasts a 7-star NatHERS rating, with 100 per cent cross ventilation achieved across each residences, along with a net-zero carbon rating.

Achieving cross flow ventilation is made possible through an innovative design choice - an open-air internal laneway that acts as the corridor connecting each apartment. This feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also serves a practical purpose. On hotter days, it facilitates the cooling of indoor spaces, while at all times, it allows fresh air to circulate efficiently, filling each home with a refreshing ambiance.

Completion on the Fitzroy project is slated for completion in the coming months, with Castran marketing the development.
