Karam Boutique Residential has lodged plans with the Sunshine Coast Council for a seven-storey residential apartment building.

Landing on the corner of Canberra Terrace and Arthur Street, the site spans 3,284 sqm, with the proposed built form fanning out from the podium level.

TMarshall are behind the design of the apartments, which comprise 24 three-bedroom apartments, along with two four-bedroom penthouses.

Four apartments will sit across each level, bar the top floor, with living, dining and kitchen space following an open-plan layout.

Each apartment extends on to an open balcony with the outer apartments benefitting from an additional balcony overlooking the resident&rsquo;s pool, which is located behind the building.

The seventh floor will home the two penthouses, each spanning 372 sqm internally, with three balconies as well as a planter box space, which cover 99 sqm collectively.

The four-bedroom penthouses mirror one another with the floorplan, each including three-bathrooms and two car spaces.

Centrally located in Caloundra, the southern gateway to the Sunshine Coast and only an hour north of Brisbane, residents&rsquo; will be perfectly positioned in one of Queensland&rsquo;s premier lifestyle destinations.
