Seashore Homes presents an articulated coastal enclave crafted by Ivan Touhy Constructions, characterised by an expressive mix of composite timber, horizontal weatherboard, and robust brickwork that avoids visual repetition across the streetscape. Inside, open-plan living configurations maximise cross-ventilation and natural illumination, transitioning smoothly to private landscaped courtyards and featuring durable stone finishes. The balanced integration of single- and double-storey footprints ensures acoustic privacy and spatial versatility, delivering an enduring, low-maintenance residential sanctuary.
