The 11 oversized apartments bookend the Monarch Residences buildings, with eight residences located on the top floors to take in skyline and river views, plus three river homes offering a leafy outlook at the water’s edge.

Priced from $4.15 million through to $12 million for a sprawling 406 sqm apartments, the Monarch Residences Penthouses are more than double the size of the average 186 sqm Australian home.

Consolidated Properties Group Head of Residential James MacGinley said the decision to place penthouses on both the top and ground floors was made to capitalise on the unparalleled location of Monarch, which boasts 130 metres of direct river frontage.

The new Monarch Residences by Consolidated Properties Group is set to take pride and place in the heart of Toowong.

The site has been vacant since 2006 when the ABC decommissioned their operations.
