278 Palmer Street presents an articulate warehouse conversion designed by Envelope, transforming a storied inner-city industrial building into a boutique residential enclave. The architectural response balances raw heritage masonry with contemporary structural additions, maximising natural daylight penetration and cross-ventilation throughout open-plan layouts. Inside, high-ceilinged interiors prioritise tactile materiality and acoustic privacy, complemented by private outdoor spaces and an exclusive resident-only rooftop terrace.

Walkable inner-city address positioned 700 metres from Museum Station and the Oxford Street corridor.
