10 Gordon Avenue presents a striking 27-storey architectural profile conceived by Develotek Property Group, anchored by an active two-level podium beneath an elegantly articulated residential tower. Generous communal open-air terraces across the lower levels introduce landscaped breakout spaces that foster biophilic connection and private relaxation. Internally, each residence is defined by intuitive open-plan spatial planning, optimised acoustic treatments, and curated finishes designed to elevate contemporary vertical living.
