Le Rêve Main Beach launches with $152 million in presales

The penthouse offering atop Main Beach’s luxury ARI residential tower was unveiled this week.

The two-level design boasts a private rooftop terrace with a pool, spa and barbecue facilities, for the exclusive use of the penthouse owner, along with space to lounge in the open air.

Set on levels 18 and 19, the penthouse and rooftop expose 360-degree views spanning the Pacific Ocean, the city skyline, the Broadwater, and the <a href="/new-apartments/gold-coast-qld">Gold Coast</a> hinterland.

ARI Main Beach penthouse seeks nearly $20 million

A beachfront site in Main Beach will be transformed with plans lodged with the Gold Coast Council for a $100 million luxury apartment tower aimed at empty nester buyers.

The developer Greg Eastment has unveiled plans for a 17-storey tower, to be designed by BGD Architecture, just weeks after securing the site for $16 million.

The application will see the demolition of a 50 year old three-storey unit complex known as Four Corners.

Plans for the 787sq m site indicate the tower will have 15 units.

It proposes 12 three-bedroom whole floor units plus double storey five-bedroom units on the higher&nbsp;levels.

Tower reveal: $100 million tower proposed for Four Corners, 3519 Main Beach Parade, Surfers Paradise site

Apartment sellers in the luxury Main Beach block Sea have joined the windfall gains kicked off by the off the plan buyers three years ago.

The sixth level sub-penthouse in the boutique block of just seven whole floor apartments has just sold for $6.3 million, some $800,000 higher than it was bought for just eight months ago.

The whole floor apartment spans 365 sqm and has three ensuited bedrooms, a home office and a media room.

The sale was secured in just 15 days by Ray White Surfers Paradise agent Robert Graham, to a local couple from the Gold Coast.

Investors will no doubt be looking to some of Main Beach’s high end apartment developments given the resale value which Sea, on the beachfront Main Beach Parade, has seen in recent years.

The majority of Sea’s off the plan buyers have seen huge price gains when re-selling their apartments following its mid-2018 completion.
