Since being founded in 2011, we have built an impressive track record of successfully marketing projects right throughout Melbourne for a wide range of developers, from small firms undertaking their first development to major property groups. Our in-house sales team are extensively trained in off-the-plan project sales and have an excellent understanding of buyers’ concerns and needs. This team is backed up by an experienced team of Property Management professionals and an Owners Corporation division who provide a number of supplementary services to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for both developers and purchasers. These include specialist investment advice, property management, Owners Corporation and facility management services.
