Edge Visionary Living has completed Broadway on the Bay in Crawley, a boutique riverfront development delivered by Edge's in-house construction team.
Over 80 per cent of the 21 apartments, positioned along the Swan River foreshore and parkland, have already been sold prior to completion.
The development draws on the site’s natural setting and the surrounding Art Deco character of Crawley. The design incorporates light-toned brickwork, sculpted curves, and bronze accents at street level, complemented by full-height glazing and moveable screening above.
